Carpet is so soft and fresh afterwards...not stiff or sticky. Excellent work by Josh and Derek...very thorough and detailed. I would not use anyone else after seeing Zerorez results.
It gets out the stains and pet urine . I have two little Shimas that like to sneak out and pee on my carpet and I have cream colored carpet. Everything shows so they did an awesome job.
The tech, Julion B., did such a wonderful job. I couldn’t be happier. He got out a couple of stains that previous techs were unable to and he took his time to do the job right!! I would highly recommend Zerorez and Julion.
