Derrick and Kayla of Zerorez Spokane did a fantastic job of cleaning our upstairs carpet on September 16 of this year. In addition, the Zerorez Company surprised me with a very kind donation. They gave me my carpet cleaning for free!!! In discussing the cleaning, my husband told them I just finished chemo treatments. In support of me and my family, they donated their services. My carpets were in really bad condition after the summer. The technician came and cleaned them, and they didn’t come all the way clean. They offered to come out again since they guarantee their work, and the carpets look awesome now. I’ll definitely continue to use Zerorez. And I won’t wait until my carpets are so bad next time!
Fast and clean looks grate will have them back again
The technician Josh was very polite, went over the areas and the plan with us, offered additional service if we wished, and was thorough. He was professional and pleasant and we appreciated the service very much.
Lucas did a great job and was very communicative about all our options in the carpet cleaning process. We have 2 kids and a dog so it was important to know all the best ways to make sure our carpets came out cleaner and smelling better. It was a very good experience.

Failure to be up front about full charges! Poor scheduling by set up person. Didn’t get stains out of couch cushions.Expect to pay way more than they quote!
