We just had our main living and dining area carpet cleaned, plus one small bedroom. Chris was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our almost 20 year old carpet looks great. Our entry area rug looks brand new!! I highly recommend them. Our carpet will be dry enough to replace furniture in 4 hours!

Do a better job. Try to clean the corners of the carpets and along the heavy furniture. Spend more time on details. I am not sure what your man did for preparation (you require us to vacuum before you come), what cleaning solution you use (my carpet does not look better now after your treatment) and what is your sanitation about? I had two about one inch spots in the whole house I hoped will be gone. They are still there.
