I would highly recommend Zerorez. Their technician Blake was very professional, prompt, and he was extremely knowledgeable . My carpet looks and smells amazing ! I will definitely use them again .
My technician was very dedicated and thorough today. It was a snowy day in January, and he had to put on chains to get up my driveway even though my husband plowed earlier - very icy! Once inside, he listened to my concerns and explained options, then did a complete cleaning to my satisfaction. Thank you!

Service ended up costing more than double the estimate and I had 1 room less than the advertised special. Technician did not listen to what I wanted and was extremely rude. I would recommend not using this company.
