My technician was very dedicated and thorough today. It was a snowy day in January, and he had to put on chains to get up my driveway even though my husband plowed earlier - very icy! Once inside, he listened to my concerns and explained options, then did a complete cleaning to my satisfaction. Thank you!
Great technician. Very polite and respectful and did great job.
Service ended up costing more than double the estimate and I had 1 room less than the advertised special. Technician did not listen to what I wanted and was extremely rude. I would recommend not using this company.

From the scheduler to the cleaner, each was friendly and professional - even when we had to reschedule same day. The carpet of my daughter’s apartment looked great. She has pets and one is a new puppy.
