Trevis was prompt, paid attention to detail, was personable, courteous, and funny. He worked quickly and did a thorough job, all the while chatting it up with my husband!! He made sure to place plastic blocks underneath our furniture so that the stain would not get onto the carpet. He made us aware of bonus applications for additional charges, but accepted our decision and didn't try to pressure us into changing our minds.
