Receiving notification of the technician on their way. Technician arrived perfectly on time and was very professional. They got right to work and covered every inch of carpet area in both rooms. Bryan was our technician. We were supposed to get out upstairs carpet cleaned as well as upholstery. It was the New Year so we didn’t have a chance to call and reschedule due to our 3-month old being sick. Bryan was extremely professional and considerate. Did an amazing job on the upholstery and we will have them back for our carpets when the little one is better.

Very friendly technition. On time and efficient. I would recommend them for carpet. They did a great job. The carpet smells so fresh. As far as tile I could do without the service. For the price that they charge and the process and outcome, I could've saved myself the money and just mopped my own floor. They do a good job with carpet but save yourselves the money on tile!!!!

My carpets always look, smell and feel clean after a Zerorez visit. The technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable and take a great deal of pride in their work and it shows. There are plenty of big chain carpet cleaners and small shops but I wouldn’t use anyone but Zerorez.
