The phone experience to schedule was kind of annoying. Wasn’t thrilled to continue. Your techs however, saved the day. Came on time. Very polite. Did a great job. Nice to the pets. (Always important). Looks great.

We had our white area cleaned this afternoon. The entire process from the initial telephone call, scheduling the appointment, and confirmation was truly professional and very pleasant. The technician, Michael S., was patient, very friendly and worked exceptionally hard on our white area rug. He thoroughly explained the Zerotez system and how their water process cleans better. I would highly recommend Zerorez. Thank you for a job well done!
