Terry gave us a “WOW” experience yesterday cleaning our carpets. He was friendly and he answered all our questions. We asked if we could request him in our next visit and he said we could. He is a hard worker and is focused on doing his best. The carpets look like new today.
I give it a 10 out of 10.
Technician was prompt and very professional. He answered all my questions and was patient and thorough. He did a great job and the carpet looks great as does the couch. He just left and nothing is dry yet, so, if there are any issues, I will amend my review. As of this moment, work is great! I would recommend this technician again.

Had an issue with pet stains and odor, technician was very thorough and explained everything he could do to correct the problem.
