We have used Zerorez at least 3Xs with great results. Easy scheduling, great reminders about appointment time and how to prepare. Easy, easy, easy!!! Jason was friendly and professional without being pushy. Carpets stayed clean in our high traffic areas almost a complete year.
Super nice guy and super knowledgeable. Demonstrated the way the Zerorez process works and was very informative. We just took possession of our new home and the previous owners had a couple large dogs but the carpets were clean to our knowledge. He showed us what he was pulling up and it was incredible. He didnt try to upsell us and wasnt pushy. The service sells itself to be honest.
