The Tech worked very hard on the chair we needed cleaned. Unfortunately the stains were so embedded in the fabric that they couldn’t be cleaned as well as we were hoping. But it is not anything the Tech did wrong We would use Zero Rez again, but it may be time to replace the chairs.. The Customer Service was great

Just had them come out yesterday, absolute worst experience ever! Would not recommend at all, not only does my carpet look the exact same, it now smells worst. They used a deodorizer that did nothing. All they did was talk bad about my pit bulls who don’t shed hair, and talked bad about the carpet. We could have just went and rented a steam cleaner from Home Depot and got the exact same results, but instead I paid 130 for nothing.
Great customer service, very friendly, quick and on time! Our puppy is finally potty trained so it was time to have our carpets cleaned! They look and feel great!
