My technician, Gary, was VERY helpful, thorough and professional and I'm very happy with my floors! I had a last minute cleaning request from a roommate of mine in a room he had already cleaned, but he kindly took care of the space without complaint. I'd recommend his service to anyone!
Very professional, careful with not damaging any furniture using protectors on corners where the equipment my touch. clean any drops of moisture even on the way out once done.
Jeff did an excellent job. Explained the process and explained how to help take care of the carpets. Would definitely use ZeroRez again. It is thorough and leaves the carpet with no stain marks and no strong odor in the house. It’s a fast efficient process
