We have use Zerorez a total of 3 times at two different houses. I feel confident in saying the results only last about a week until dirt starts to resurface again from the pad. After the tech finished the carpet the baby’s room smelled like dirt (apparently this is suppose to be normal) prior to that there was no smell. Our carpets are less than 2 years old. I am highly disappointed with their customer service over the phone as they are not solution oriented when it comes to solving service concerns and will gladly charge ad... read more
