On time, did a really good job cleaning my nasty carpet. The fella that came to my house was pleasant, courteous and personable. My bill doubled with add-ons but was still not unreasonable. I will absolutely use Zerorez again and have already recommended them to a friend. Thanks Zerorez!!!

very informative about showing me the stains and what were pet stains and what were not and what he was going to do. he did a very good job and no chemicle smell afterwards. i was very pleased and would use them again.
Jerry came out. He was very professional and friendly! I don’t know the results yet as the carpet has not dried completely! But I feel sure he did a good job! I paid extra for a droppings stain I could not remove.

Just had our whole house (3600 sq ft) cleaned and our techs were FANTASTIC!! Very informative and professional. They arrived on time and were in and out within an hour. I highly recommend these guys!!
