RecommendedJoel was on time, really friendly and did a great job. He took extra precautions due to current circumstances with COVID and even offered a complimentary disinfectant mist afterward. Our carpets are only a few months old but we have dogs and a toddler and we can definitely tell a difference - they look brand new again! Will definitely work with zerorez again.

Once again I am pleased with the service I received from Zerorez. Joel arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. While Zerorez is not cheap, our carpet stays clean longer than it did when cleaned by other vendors, so the service is definitely worth the price.
Zerorez was easy to work with, quick to schedule, came on time and did a great job very quickly.
They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them again.
