Before moving in to our house we had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez. The previous owners had pets and although the carpet was in great condition we wanted the animal scent removed. They were quick to respond and gave a courtesy call when in route. Amil (not certain on how to spell our providers name) was friendly and even congratulated us on our new home. He explained everything thoroughly and went right to work! We are delighted with our service!

Made an appt within a week and received prompt and professional service to “save” our pet-stained carpet using their bio topical and extraction service and protectant from future pet accidents. Very happy with the outcome and no odor now. Joel was very courteous and worked hard. Would definitely use them again.
