RecommendedMr.Frost did an excellent job in explaining what he would be doing. He explained Zerorez unique 3-steps cleaning process. He was very professional and thorough. He cleaned 3 rooms in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. When he finished the carpet was beautiful and smelled clean.
