My carpet looks brand new. I looked at it from all angles after he left. The Only parts that don’t are those with wear. Recommend them mentioning to customers over the phone that stains from spills other than wear will be extra. I also wish they had asked me over the phone about getting scotch guard which I know I need and usually get I just didn’t think of it. Great job
