The technician, Raymond, arrived on time and walked through the areas to be cleaned making suggestions as needed. Explained thoroughly what could be done to tackle stains and offered additional services. He was professional, friendly and did a great job!
From the start, it was a real pleasure speaking to Haley in the office, to having Ray as my technician. He took time to explain the process and offer suggestions on treatments, but I never felt pressured on upselling. He did an amazing job! my carpets haven't looked this good in years! I will definitely be calling them back. And i will strongly recommend them for my client's homes as well!

They always do a fantastic job. Carpets stay clean longer than three days like steam cleaning. It actually stays clean until my kids ruin it again. 😂
