We had an awesome carpet cleaning experience with Mr. Parker at ZeroRez. He arrived on time and was very professional. His knowledge about carpets showed and he was able to address my concern areas. He made sure to let me know exactly what he was doing and why. My kids were so excited to roll around on the carpet and run around after it was cleaned. That let me know they appreciated the clean carpet as much as I do. It is was a great experience and I will call again. Thanks a bunch!
