Overpriced company with horrible customer service. Steer clear unless you want smelly, overcharged company that actually uses chemicals and they hardly clean your carpet. The quoted price is always double or triple. I have called back at least twice to get it taken care of or redone at least discounted and they stated that I did not call and said pretty much I was a liar because it was not on their call log that I did not call in.
