They were almost 2 hours late coming (outside the window of time quoted) and the cost was almost double what the initial cost that was advertised. I would not use them again.

Zerorez was fantastic! We got our carpets cleaned when we moved into our home - previous owner had a pet. Zerorez was able to clean up all the pet stains and walking traffic on carpets. Looks like new again! They were on time, professional, and did a great job. Will definitely recommend them to anyone!
Had unbelievably good service from Ray today. This was my first experience with zerorez and although I had really good things, they really blew me away - they are definitely my new carpet cleaner of choice. Highly recommended!
I almost always use Zerorez because they do such a great job, but this time I was blown away. Joel and the new trainee Jaya (I'm sure that's not the right spelling, I'm so sorry I didn't ask) were both delightful to work with. Not only did they bless my home with their hardwork, but they also blessed my spirit. My carpets look new and this rainy day was brightened by their visit. I can't say enough good things!
Raymond was great! Appt was easy to schedule and the carpet looks very good.
