Great- from start to finish! It was easy to schedule appointment, got my many questions answered, received a courtesy call the day of, and the service tech was also very courteous and helpful. (As with a lot of service providers, I was given a time frame for ETA.) Elvin called within 30 min of his arrival. The service took about 2 1/2 hrs for 4 rooms, hallway, stairs and an area rug, with Bio application. Glad to know no harsh chemicals were used so my pups are safe and my house has a pleasant smell. Our technician, Caleb, was very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He offered us options for extras but was not pushy. The result continues to dry, but looks really nice. We had the pet mess cleaning which was extra, but necessary. Smells much better. We will see. I paid more than was quoted, but that was bc there was additional pet messes in the second and third room we had not seen. The whole arrangement was easy and timely. They are available on Saturdays so we don’t have to take off work.
I highly recommend the carpet cleaning service. Very professional! Our carpets look great! Joel was awesome!
