Great place to work out! Fun classes and encouraging instructors!
There is a variety of classes to choose from which makes every workout fun and different. Plus, the instructors are very kind and make good upbeat playlists to keep the workout going!
I've been going to ZenStudio for almost three years and I'm constantly amazed by how each class is always challenging and such an incredible workout for your mind, body and soul. All of the instructors are phenomenal - so friendly, encouraging, and motivating. I'm so thankful for the 5:30 am classes - even though it's hard to wake up that early, it's my favorite way to start the day!
Zen has done wonders for my physical (and mental!) health! Every class is different and so much fun! So fun in fact that I look forward to 5:30am classes between and after working back to back 12 hour shifts. That says something right there!! I just wish I discovered this place sooner!
I LOVE Zenspin! I have never been so excited to go workout! I always get a great workout too! If you aren't working out here you are seriously missing out!
