RecommendedZenStudio and their online offerings has been a complete game changer to my workout routine! I absolutely LOVE the classes and the instructors. My sister, who introduced me to the studio, is always singing ZenStudio's praises and now I understand why! There is always a class I can find that fits my mood no matter what kind of day I am having, and I can enjoy everything they have to offer all the way from Denver, CO! Literally one of my favorite places on the planet! I moved away from Jonesboro a couple of years ago so the ability to attend online classes has been amazing!! While I totally miss being in the studio, the fact that I would rather attend online Zen classes instead of going anywhere else in my current town, should be a testament as to how amazing ZenStudio truly is and to how incredibly talented the instructors are! 100% recommend Zen to anyone who loves to work out or wants to start! All of the instructors are very encouraging and make each class so much fun! Plus you get a wide variety of exercises from cardio, strengthening, and HIIT! It’s the best place in Jonesboro! Take a class! You won’t be sorry! ❤️
I have never been to a fitness class or studio comparable to ZenStudio! I moved away for 2.5 years and missed Zen the entire time! I'm so happy to be home! If you're a fitness junkie or just getting started, this is the place for you! There are many different class types to choose from. Plus, the instructors and front desk staff are genuinely so kind!
