I have only been attending classes for a week but it has been amazing so far! Every class is challenging but attainable and the atmosphere is so welcoming.
Just got done with ZenCycle and ZenBounce at the Open House event and let me just say — LOVED IT! The music was pumping, the energy was turned all the way up, and the workout was amazing! Paige lit my entire lower body on fire with Bounce ... and that cycle class. Omgsh😍😍😍 I was so impressed with all of the ladies today — Front desk, other instructors, just great atmosphere from start to finish! •10/10 today 💕
I am one of those who struggle to keep themselves entertained and motivated at a gym. Coming to ZenStudio, not only did I find my motivation, but it also came with a great group of friends! The instructors are all great at making sure you’re doing the moves correctly and are always pushing you to do better, be better. Every time you go to class, it’s something different and if you don’t believe me, try it out yourself! The first week is free. Thanks Zen!! 🤗

There are a lot of different class options that are awesome. There are challenges that happen often and are so fun. The teachers are great and always have a great attitude.
