I love working out at ZenStudio! I always feel encouraged before and after class. The instructors are so positive and make me excited to come back for the next class! I would recommend this gym to anyone.

I’ve been working out at Zen for years and I still love going to classes. The instructors make sure you are comfortable and excited. The classes are rigorous, but fun! I’m always surprised at just how fast an hour passes! Time flies when you’re having fun!

I love working out at Zen. The classes are diverse, challenging and fun. Everyone is very helpful and non-judgmental if you are just beginning or have physical issues that sometimes limit your abilities. I've been coming for about 2-1/2 years and appreciate my new found flexibility, strength and endurance. Thanks Zen!!!!

Positive, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere! Great instructors, and the lights are dimmed in every class (no one can see you!😂). I always leave feeling calmer and stronger!
