I would have given this office zero stars if I could. I recently went in for a routine annual check-up and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I waited over two hours to be seen, which is completely unacceptable for a scheduled appointment. While in the waiting area, several other patients shared that this type of long delay is “normal” at this office. That alone was a red flag. Dr Zenobia is very gentle and caring. Expect long waiting times (more than a half-hour, and often more than 45 minutes, sometimes more). Reception could be more welcoming and friendly, but doc and med assistant make up for it. I wish she'd have telehealth. That is my main gripe, because sometimes, you simply don't need to be in a waiting room with folks with contagious conditions (esp if you have immune issues or respirator issues).
