My girlfriend bought me a gift card for December 25 2019. for Christmas. and since the covid virus we waited and then called with no avail. after speaking with corporate and finally was contacted by the owner of this office. to get a refund since social distancing is a thing now for the first time. the owner was rude and refused to refund the payment/my Christmas gift. wow under these circumstances they should be ashamed. I just had a deep tissue massage with Wendy and I think I have died and gone to Heaven! Going back in 3 weeks and I can hardly wait. The facility is beautiful and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and professional.
