I really like Zen. My only complaint is I pay for a 60 minute message and get 50 minutes. It doesn't take me 10 minutes to undress and redress.

Hi Sandy...thanks for coming to Zen Massage! It is very common for most massage places to do 50 minutes hands on for an hour massage. That's why we encourage 90 minute massages for the extra hands on time. The 10 minutes is not just for undressing/dressing. That time is used for doing an intake assessment at the beginning and a treatment plan at the end. Some people take longer than others. Just had my first massage and facial at Zen and it was wonderful! I find the prices to be lower than other spas I have visited and the quality is just as good if not better. Andras took time to learn about the tension in my neck/back and did a fantastic job relieving it and keeping me relaxed. Can't say enough good things about this spa!
