Overall, I give it 3 stars...the massages I have gotten both times are very very good, However, their time management is unacceptable. Don't tell people they are buying a 60 min massage, when they only get approx. 46-48 mins of massage time. Both times I have been there, I have been called back 2-3 mins after my scheduled starting time and I'm back at the front desk paying BEFORE my hour was supposed to be up! I just went to zen today and got my massage done by Victoria and she was great! I have gotten a few massages done within Mooresville and Cornelius over the years but this was by far the best and for a great price too
