I had a bad experience today. I scheduled an appointment for my birthday. Upon arrival I was in the system, but no appointment was scheduled. I cried all the way home. No one offered to make this right.

Susan...I sincerely apologize you had a bad experience. I did call you less than an hour after it happened and offered you a free massage to come back and see how we really do things. This was a rare error on our part as this has never happened in the 18 months we've been open. The front desk girl is new and made an error. This is not how we typically run our business.
