Verified Renter My wife and I love living at Zen. We were one of the very first tenants when it first opened. The management are great. The different amenities are always clean. My only complaint is that maintenance can sometimes be a little slow, but that might also be due to Covid lately.

Verified Renter Maria has been wonderful since we started contacting Zen from a potential move from Arizona to FL. Always receptive and willing to help! Thank you Maria for all your help and going beyond to help us choose Zen. Upon arrival, everything had been taken care of previously and after a few signature we were on our way to the new apartment. The community is quiet and with friendly neighbors, thus far no issues. We are very happy!

Verified Renter beautiful property, huge living space, terrible management. awful noise levels unless youre on a top floor so if that matters to you definitely be mindful. if staff was better Id be much more open to recommending living here.
