Verified Renter Maria has been wonderful since we started contacting Zen from a potential move from Arizona to FL. Always receptive and willing to help! Thank you Maria for all your help and going beyond to help us choose Zen. Upon arrival, everything had been taken care of previously and after a few signature we were on our way to the new apartment. The community is quiet and with friendly neighbors, thus far no issues. We are very happy!

Verified Renter beautiful property, huge living space, terrible management. awful noise levels unless youre on a top floor so if that matters to you definitely be mindful. if staff was better Id be much more open to recommending living here.

Sad to leave For my old job, I had to move around a lot, so I’ve lived in a dozen different apartment complexes in several different states. They’ve all been nightmares, until I found Zen. I moved in 30 months ago (one 12-month lease, then one 18-month lease), and it’s just been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Has everything to offer & more. Location: Awesome. 4 min away from supermarket, restaurants. Disney & more is so close. Amenities: beautiful. Pictures don’t give it justice. Apartments: awesome. Great floor plans and THE best balconies you’ll find in Orlando. Best I’ve honestly seen in apartments period. Views: surrounded by a golf course with lakes. Staff: friendly, on top of everything, and accommodating.
Very nice place. Highly recommended, but with a few caveats It's a very nice place, and overall we like it here. Management is as pleasant as they can be. The apartments are big and clean, with lots of square footage and amenities. Huge beautiful screened porches. Landscaping is nice. Everything's in good shape and the maintenance team is very responsive to requests for service. They are dog-friendly here, with a fenced-in park.
