Sad to leave For my old job, I had to move around a lot, so I’ve lived in a dozen different apartment complexes in several different states. They’ve all been nightmares, until I found Zen. Has everything to offer & more. Location: Awesome. 4 min away from supermarket, restaurants. Disney & more is so close. Amenities: beautiful. Pictures don’t give it justice. Apartments: awesome. Great floor plans and THE best balconies you’ll find in Orlando. Best I’ve honestly seen in apartments period. Views: surrounded by a golf course with lakes. Staff: friendly, on top of everything, and accommodating.
Very nice place. Highly recommended, but with a few caveats It's a very nice place, and overall we like it here. Management is as pleasant as they can be. The apartments are big and clean, with lots of square footage and amenities. Huge beautiful screened porches. Landscaping is nice. THE BEST COMMUNITY IN TOWN! My wife and I LOVE it here! Our son has been here since January of 2017 and spoke very highly of it. We decided to move in to our own 2-bedroom. They really do have the largest floor plans in Central Florida. Our layout is 1,450 SQ FT. It is bigger than our house that we sold to move here. I Can't Reccomend It Enough Zen Luxury Living is the perfect place to live! Wonderful clean amenities and helpful staff. They also throw fantastic community events! Not only is it close to Walt Disney World, but it's minutes away from Historic Downtown Winter Garden, which has an amazing Farmers Market every Saturday with tons of food and music! Zen Luxury Living is definitely in the center of it all!
RENTER BEWARE Lies, lies, and more lies. There is nothing Zen or luxury about this place. Big mistake.
