Verified Renter So far so good! Community is always clean and i havent had an issue with noise. Sometimes parking is a little rough but i have never had to park outside the gates. Apartments are beautiful and staff is awesome

Verified Renter It has been a pleasurable experience living at Zen. I have enjoyed the community, the location and access to everything in the area such as restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. I love the community events with the food trucks that visit. It's a nice touch when you want something different but don't want to go out and fight traffic.

Verified Renter Zen is a very nice place to live. Most of the resident respect each others privacy and comfort. Others sometimes seem to forget that they have neighbors with their loudness. But it seems to be getting a little better. The staff is very professional, kind and understanding. The always get back to you with a complaint or a concern within 12-24 hours. Overall they are really nice people, those that I've met.

Verified Renter Location is outstanding! Apartment layouts were very well designed. Small community which offers tranquility. 3 Bedroom balcony is like no other. So spacious.

Farthest thing from Zen living! Would not recommend anyone living here! Management is horrible, always sending threatening letters of evicting the tenants. Trash location is horrible. Parking is a nightmare. Back doors to the buildings are always left open making it very unsafe. Walls and floors are paper thin, and you hear everything! Unless you live on the 4th floor be prepared to feel like your upstairs neighbor are going to come through the celling from how loud it sounds when people are walking.
