Verified Renter This is one of the most terrible communities I've ever lived in. I will not be renewing my lease! Concerns and complaints are not addressed, or residents are told there's nothing management can do, basically deal with it. If things are broken, maintenance is so backed up and without resources that it takes long to get a washer fixed or a dishwasher fixed, or one time I was sent to a vacant apartment for days to take a shower and get water because my hot water tank was broken.
