I bought my ford focus when the dealership was Rizza. My brakes started to grind, and rub so I called Ziegler thinking they could help me. I was told the soonest I could get my car in was a week later. I said to the lady that does scheduling, are you sure,? they're my brakes. she said " yes I have no other appointments. " I asked if someone canceled their appointment if I could be called to come in sooner and was told " we don't do that ". I called pep boys and got in the next day. Ziegler Ford is the best, Louie Vittori is one of the best sales consultants I have ever worked with, The sales manager Danny Grieco was great. They made purchasing a car very easy.
