I recently bought a used Ford Focus ST from this location. The car had no floor mats so I asked if they could throw in a complimentary set which they said yes too. After almost a month of asking for the floor mats, I was finally told to pick them up. I was expecting a set of authentic Ford mats but what I got was a cheap set of universal Chinese mats. Authorized Ford Dealership with a used car lot feel.
