Ziegler Ford in North Riverside handled 2 recalls for my 2013 Ford Focus today. They took my car in first thing this morning, had parts and service ready for the recalls and promised it done at 1pm and had the car ready (and washed) as promised! Tom Toso (the service advisor) and the rest of the service team were wonderful! Thank you so much!!!!
