First off tim Jacob's from service went above and beyond to make sure my new truck was perfect. Brian busurto in sales made buying a new truck enjoyable. The manager was awesome, able to get me out the door after closing hrs. In the end the worked as a team, but tim Jacob's from service and brian from sales both went above and beyond to make me happy. The customer service has declined. Too many small details missed. The last three times I had it serviced they forgot to clean the battery post, tightened the battery cables and just today they for got the oil sticker. Need to improve otherwise I’m going to another dealer to get it serviced
