The worst experience I’ve ever had in a dealership, the sales manager Shadi is the main reason of it all he didn’t make a minimal attempt to sell me anything. After talking to a few staff members for two days I requested all the numbers I would be comfortable with. Saw an Ad on Craiglist that stated ZERO money down, bad credit, paystub, and DL was all you needed to get into a vehicle. Already sounding too good to be true, we reached out for more info anyway. We were contacted by Diana Renteria. Who on VARIOUS phone calls, and emails, stated it was based on income, and all we would need was 1 bank statement. We contacted her prior to arriving to the dealer, and she said her schedule was open at that time. When we arrive none of the employees had any idea what we were talking about. And ... read more
