I went there for a simple recall repair. I made the appointment weeks in advance so one might have been prepared for this seeing as how they knew exactly my reason for visiting. Nope...I sat there for an hour just so they could come back and tell me they didn't have the part and they had to order it so I would have to come back for a second visit. The negative reviews are right. I came here expecting to do the no money done offer but after being here for almost an hour, the rep came and told me I needed a cosigner or money down. I explained to him that was what I was worried about. How do you approve someone for an offer but then change it when they come in? This place is really just false advertisement and I would not recommend this to anyone! They all are liars! It's a pure waste of gas and a credit hit. Don't go. Save your time.

Terrible experience from sales to service. I will NEVER go back to this dealership again. My car was broken in a parking garage late at night because of a mistake the service team made and instead of apologizing and making it right - they made it EXTREMELY difficult for me to get a tow and get the issue resolved quickly. I understand mistakes happen and had they owned up to it, I would be giving 5 stars but they were incredibly rude and took days to get the small issue resolved.
