One morning, my wife called this dealership to ask if a particular vehicle was available. She spoke to a woman named who told her it was. We set up a time to come look at the vehicle and take it for a test drive, which was 1:30 in the afternoon. I brought my vehicle for a repair that was covered under my extended warranty. Instead of being placed in a loaner vehicle from the dealership, I was put in a rental that I had to pay for. After the first month, and having made many calls to the service department to express my concerns about having to rent the vehicle, I was constantly told that I would be reimbursed and not to worry about it. After my repairs were finally finished, I was never reimbursed the $1235.62 I had to pay for the rental.

I was told to come in I would most definitely get an car. This was on Monday. Today is Thursday and no call. I called to get updates. I submitted all my personal information and was told I was approved but didn’t have a car to fit my approved amount. Cars I picked I was told was no good or need work. Why have them on the lot??? I was told more cars will be in this week by Today. Still no car for me. I’m very disappointed in the way I was mislead and looked over. Very disappointing for a place of business.

Purchased a new 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and opted for an extended Zurich warranty ($4278) when in finance. DAVE, our finance manager never explored the option of the MaxCare warranty with us, and when I called to ask about the difference between the MaxCare (direct from FCA) warranty and the aftermarket one, he said the cost of the MaxCare warranty was several thousand dollars. Came into your location on Memorial Day with the intentions of purchasing and leaving with a Jeep Wrangler!! I have been shopping for awhile and knew what I was looking for.. Made an appointment to see a Jeep Compass today for 3:30. I emailed back and forth with Liz and informed her I was running late but would be there. I get to the dealership and they informed me that the car was sold. I don't know why I wasn't informed that the vehicle was sold so I didn't make the 40 minute ride there and then back home. I think this is poor customer service. Now that I see all the 1 star reviews I'll be looking elsewhere.
