We had a similar horrid experience here that may have cost Chrysler a customer. We visited on Saturday evening, it was rainy and cold but had an ok experience. We got in contact as agreed, emailed back and forth with the internet manager and arranged to test drive a 2018 Pacifica Limited with Advanced tech. They replied yes, come on down and we arranged a time for that evening, and to ask for her by name. We were in the market for a new vehicle. From the moment we walked in we dealt with Frank Leonette. We went back and forth with Frank for several weeks trying to determine what vehicle we wanted and what price range we could afford - all the while NOT BEING PUSHED AT ALL!! After we decided on a vehicle, established the price range, we were in our new vehicle with hours of finding the right one. Highly recommend Frank and the Zeigler team in Downers Grove!
