Never heard of a "service up" charge of $1000 that was not itemized. I had to call to find out why I paid $1000 more than the sticker price said. It wasn't even serviced very well. Still smelled like smoke and was pretty dusty and dirty still. We love the 2014 Ford Expedition we got but it is already saying it needs an oil change 3 weeks into owning it, also the back up camera stops working occasionally. This place is a joke. They sent a flyer that said they can finance everyone. Called was approved on the phone. Explained my situation and what I had for down payment. Picked out a car wanted to make sure this was really going to happen since I live 30 miles away and do not have a vehicle. Talked with Liz she told me she would talk to finance manager and call me back. Liz calls back says the finance manager said there would be no problem getting me in said car with my down payment. The service is always good. The gentleman I dealt with when I first got there was very nice, polite. And told me things as they found them. Having a new Jeep, I LOVE IT! And I will continue to service my vehicle here.
NO STARS. Awful experience. My car broke down just outside of Chicago and, after a recommendation, I decided to have it towed to Ziegler. What an awful choice. After what they said was a full diagnostic, they told me that the only thing wrong with my car was the battery. First, I was appalled by the price of the battery--$350! I met my wife last Thursday evening here to "kick some tires" (2/16/17) Sam met us when we arrived. He was kind, friendly and to the point. We had no intentions of actually purchasing that evening, nor were we pressured to do so, however we were comfortable with the atmosphere as well as the staff. Too many transmission problems to list. My 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has been in so many times for issues that they say they can't replicate. It's insulting to me and every other owner out there that they are not fixing an issue they know exists. NBC 5 news has run at least 2 separate news stories about this car and it's transmission issues.
