Went through the drive through the other day with alot of cars in front of me ....it only took 10 minutes and the girl at the window had such a great attitude even under pressure. Didn't catch her name she wore glasses but she was very friendly and helpful .Great job !
Service was amazing! Had the best service from Brook ! Also food couldn’t have been better ! Highly recommend.
Lucky the foods good, customer service is horrible. I just came through the drive thru. Got to the window where the cashier simply stated the total, I gave her my card, she hands it back gives me the bag I say thank you she mumbles umhmm while turning her head away and shutting the window. Your food is good but service ruins it, I can get a chicken salad anywhere.
So disappointed that you are no longer offering shakes. My “self indulgence” has been a weekly Banana Pudding Milkshake and now it’s gone. So sad!

A cup of chicken salad is more like a smudge on a huge pieces of lettuce. Emailing corporate right now and sending pics. I would never pay close to $3.00 for what they gave me. It's ridiculous.

I brought my little girl to see Santa and we had a blast. She loved making the cookie and she treasures her little ornament. Santa made her night. Thanks Zaxbys. Ya'll rock.
The absolute worst Zaxby’s I️ have ever been to and when you call to let them know that they made a mistake on your order, the manager has a smart attitude with you! This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this particular location. Will NEVER return!!!!!!
