Just left Zaxby's in Monroe and once again I am disappointed. Ordered 2 kids meals with chocolate milk only to find they didn't give me the drinks. I know I should've checked but it's really not that hard. Last time I went to this location I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. More times than not my order is wrong at this location. Food is always decent just can't seem to get the service right.
I have had both good and bad experiences here. Good was that the front end cashiers were very sweet to my son and gave him a cookie for his 2nd birthday. Tonight was the bad! Ordered at drive thru and came home missing all of the chicken tenders from the wings and things meal. When I called was told that corporate policy states I have to bring back my food and the receipt for a full refund. It would be nice if they could get an order correct
My son used to manage a couple of the local zaxbys around our area when they were just starting out. The food back then was worth standing in line for. Now especially the Monroe location ranks up there with the swanson TV dinners my mom used to give my sister and i back in the 70s. Come to think of it they were a lot more filling and had more flavor!
Thought that I would take my grandsons a good meal to school, boy was I wrong. Went by Zaxby's in Monroe ga. At 11:30 am, knowing that the food would be hot and fresh, wrong again! Cold hard chicken and fries, clearly left over from what I'm guessing was the day before due to the time it was. NEVER AGAIN!
