I waited over an hour for my food to find out that the people who made it put it in the box on the counter and no one looked for it. the crew in the back said they didn't make it yet. i wanted fresh food made and got it 20 mins later only for it to be wrong. I didn't get to eat because the food that was given to me makes me sick and the manger wouldn't give me my money back.
Their ordering system for drive through doesn’t allow you to see the menus. When I talked to the workers about they rolled their eyes and then just told me good day. Almost didn’t order but had to get lunch for family. Won’t be back. Going to Other location instead.

Waited almost 45 minutes in the drive-thru line at 3:30 pm. Had to park to wait for order to be brought out (1 finger plate and fried pickles). Received order and it was wrong. Spoke to three employees and only got excuses. Will NOT visit this location again.

You need to take an idea from CFA or any other pick up food or what ever playbook. All are pre pay no ordering in line or paying cash......when you come to pick up food go directly to a numbered parking spot.....have someone come out get your order number and go get your food. We came today but had to wait in line behind about 8 other cars....placing orders, paying etc. when we got to the first employee she stopped went inside and returned with our order....holding up the people behind us. 2 people working at the first stati... read more
We ordered online to prevent the wait and it's now 30 min past when our order was supposed to be ready and my mom is still sitting there. 3 different employees have come up to her but they still dont have our food ready. order #132984209. This is unacceptable.
RecommendedI went tonight fully expecting to be in line for 30+ min because of it only being drive through and even though the line was long we were out of there in 10 min! The I’m pretty sure it’s was the manager helping get people through the drive through. Good to see higher leadership helping out more during this crazy time!

I purposely went to this Zaxbys because for the past week the one in Loganville has been out of Honey Mustard and thats all i eat on my salad really. Well tonight I got all the way home (in social circle) to find they gave me no dressing at all for my salad 😩 my fiances fries were good though....
Was really disappointed with our purchase tonight. We ordered 2 zaxby salads, a 5 PC tender plate and 5 extra tenders. The salads are usually a very good portion however tonight they were the size of a side salad and maybe one cut up chicken tender on them. Our 5 finger plate had 4 tenders and our extra 5 tenders had 4 tenders and no wimpy sauce as requested. Tried to call a couple of times and phone just rang.
