We love Zaxby’s but the Monroe, Ga location is very poorly managed. We have given the drive through 5 chances now. We wait 10 minutes in one spot, move forward one car and then wait another 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes we leave because we haven’t even gotten to the speaker yet. Chick-Fil-A is really making you look bad. Get it fixed because we like our. Zaxby’s chicken better.
We ordered two 4-count chicken finger plates and we got home and there was NO CHICKEN FINGERS!!! There’s fries, bread and sauces but no chicken fingers. No one will answer the phone and now we have to drive 15 minutes back to complain. How do you seriously forget the chicken fingers??? And you want $15 an hour? 😂
I placed our order online and hour after it was suppose to be ready it is still not ready. I wanted to give this Zaxby’s one more try and I see there has not been any improvement since our last visit. We will NOT be back.
Came through the drive thru tonight ordered chicken tenders dipped in wimpy the chicken was dry, the fries looked like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for 8 hours. This is why Huey magoos in Loganville has earned my business.
I understand it’s a Friday and your busy on Fridays but your kitchen employees really need to be replaced. 1) our food was cooked in OLD oil you could smell it coming out the drive through window and the food smelt so bad my child refused to eat it. 2) Did you even let the oil drip off before throwing it into a container?? Very slow service and still took a long time to pick up an online order. Then food wasn’t very good and fries were inedible. Would you want to eat those fries?
