On Sunday Jan 5, 2019 I got food poisoning.... I had the Zax Snack - as did my husband - he was fine - but I really got sick. Anyone else have issues on the same day?
I understand not wanting feral cats in the parking lot, but to destroy where they live, throw away their on't shelter, and get rid of their food and water on a 95 + degree day is a level of cruelty that is inspired....and not giving the people that have been caring for them for years a chance to relocate them...especially the elderly one that can barely walk...great touch.... Drive thru takes forever. Inside is consistently out of ice for your drink.
Really disappointed in Zaxbys tonight .... my fried were not close to being done litterly still extremely cold my boneless chicken i ordered extra wet and the barely had any sausage at all ...... it was the same on my boyfriend wings and things as well ... I expect way more for the price ....
What ever happened to y’all putting seasoning in the fries?? 🤷🏼♂️ then when you ask for a cup there’s a few little sprinkles in there. Come on Monroe Zaxby’s get it together
shut the whole place down..but before you do that change that chicken grease because it tastes like it's been in there for about 2 months. probably got a few bugs in there with it.

Placed order in drive-thru around 1:45pm got all the way back home to loganville & there was no chicken on my daughter's nibbler's?!?! Are you freaking kidding me?? Last time we will eat at this Zaxbys!!! Horrible customer service
