Love this place, especially their salads. They make better salad than the one in Hickory.

Shelby pretty much only has fast food. Zaxby somehow stands out from the crowd. Good stuff.
I don't do drama! On that note I had lunch with my mom, it was excellent as usual, and the service waz excellent also!#noproblemz�
VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE!! I had 2 separate orders, and my passenger forgot his wallet! So I asked if we could come back for his order! And the young black lady told us "not to worry about it, I got it!" I was completely shocked! Considering his order was about $10 or more! I wish I knew her name, but all I know is yall have VERY kind workers and I will always go to this Zaxbys!! Thank you so much kind stranger!!!!
I dont understand people at all giving 1 star all because of one foolish incident by employees who are long gone such idiocy. The food and service is perfect, the employees are nice and polite, the waitresses are cute but thats a non issue lol yall just keep on doing great i go here occasionally on break and the food is always great and seasoned properly ignore all the ignorant fools who bandwagon on things that happened months ago
